Message us through eBay with any warranty issues, we are happy to offer support. Kit includes: (6 pairs) Solderless 1/4" Mono Plugs. (12) Feet of high-quality coaxial instrument cable (1) Small Phillips Screwdriver (1) Cable cutter (1) Instruction sheet NO Soldering Required Measure and cut the cable to the desired length. Do your best to cut the cable off clean and flush. Do not strip the jacket, just cut the cable flush. Take one of the right angle connectors and back out the set screw far enough to make room to slide the cable in. (Try not to back out the screw so far that it falls out and gets lost. I've found it helpful to assemble these over an area where the screw will be easily found if you drop it.) Gently slide the end of the cable into the connector all the way in until it stops. Hold things together as you gently twist in the set screw. This screw will secure the cable into the plug as well as piercing the jacket in order to ground the connection. Repeat for the required number of patch cables. It's highly suggested to test each cable individually after assembly to ensure you have a good connection. If necessary it's easy to disassemble and try again. Troubleshooting: W e recommend testing each cable after assembly. If the signal seems weak, no worries, just disassemble and try again. It's probably best to try with a fresh cut of cable. Just snip off a bit of the cable, reassemble and test it again. :) We ship orders daily Monday - Friday & Saturday Mornings
