Reduces electrical interference by shielding the internal wires with both a wrapped shield and braided shield that can be connected ground. An extremely flexible shielded 2 conductor wire for electrical guitar hookups. Bends extremely tight without crimping and has excellent solderability. Conforms to UL Specification Number: UL2464 / UL 2464 / UL-2464, but with the addition of the specification optional shielding. Shielding consists of aluminum foil wrap surrounded by tinned copper braid for grounding. The jacket for both the internal conductors as well as the external jacket is made of PVC.
